At minimum, abortion should be abolished beyond 20 weeks because children have been born near that point at survived long term..if the fetus or baby is "alive" inside the mother and can be alive outside the womb, she or he IS ALIVE. Also, I know many People cringe (because they don't think about it objectively), exceptions should not be made for rape or incest..it's a simple fact that the child's right to life, clearly trumps any right to "privacy". If a woman delivered a healthy premature child near the end of the second trimester and then revealed the baby was conceived in a rape, which she initially report for emotional reasons, but was for some reason repulsed by the child because he/she reminded her of what had happened, and so desired to terminate her child's life at that point, would choicers ration
